Terms
Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy from sensybliss.co.uk. We've tried to keep them short and plain. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Sensy Bliss is a trading name of RJ Goodall, a sole trader. Our address is:
Sensy Bliss[ADDRESS TO ADD before launch]
Email support@sensybliss.co.uk about an order, or hello@sensybliss.co.uk about anything else.
2. Your order
- Our shop is for customers buying for themselves or as gifts, not for resale.
- When you pay, you're offering to buy the items in your basket. Our contract with you starts when your payment is confirmed. Stripe then emails your receipt and we email an order confirmation.
- If we can't supply an item, for example because it sold out at the same moment, we'll tell you by email and refund you in full for that item. In that case the contract for that item ends.
- We can refuse or cancel an order if the price or description was obviously wrong because of a mistake. If that happens, we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown is the price you pay for the item. Delivery is added in your basket and shown before you pay.
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card, Klarna or the other options shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
- If you choose Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply to your payment plan.
- You can pay with a Sensy Bliss gift voucher, on its own or together with a card.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Prices and usual delivery times are on our Delivery page. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, or by a date we agreed, you can cancel it and get a full refund. Items are your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us.
5. Cancelling and returns
You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are always put right at our cost. Some sealed health and hygiene items can't be returned for a change of mind once opened. The full details, and how to return something, are on our Returns and refunds page.
6. About our products
- Natural variation. Crystals, gemstones, wood, soaps and handmade items are each a little different in colour, shape, pattern and size. Photos show a typical example. Where an item is sold as "assorted" or "designs may vary", the one you receive is chosen at random.
- Not medical products. Crystals, aromatherapy products and spiritual items are sold for enjoyment, decoration and relaxation. They are not medicines and we don't claim they treat, cure or prevent any illness. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medication, ask a doctor or pharmacist before using essential oils.
- Using products safely. Please read the label and the safety notes on each product page. Never leave a burning candle or oil burner unattended. Keep essential oils, small crystals and jewellery away from children and pets. Essential oils should be diluted before they touch skin, and must not be swallowed. Magnetic jewellery isn't suitable for anyone with a pacemaker or other implanted device.
- Allergies. Ingredient details come from the maker. If you have an allergy, check the ingredients before use and email us if you need more information.
7. If something goes wrong
- We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use.
- Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather or postal strikes. We'll keep you updated, and you can cancel and get a refund if the delay goes on too long.
8. Reviews
After your order, we may email you once to ask for a review. Only customers who bought an item can review it. We publish genuine reviews, good and bad, and only hold back ones that are offensive, include personal details, aren't about the product, or look fake. Your review shows your first name and the first letter of your surname.
9. Other things
- We may update these terms. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
- How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy notice.
- Our affiliate programme has its own terms on that page.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the protection of your local consumer laws.
- If you're unhappy, please email us first: we'll do our best to put things right. You can also get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133).
