Gift voucher terms

  • Spend it on anything at Sensy Bliss, including delivery. It can't be used to buy another gift voucher.
  • Use it over as many orders as you like. Whatever you don't spend stays on the code. If an order comes to more than the voucher, you pay the rest by card.
  • Each voucher lasts 2 years from the day it's bought. The date it runs out is on the voucher email. Anything left after that date can't be spent.
  • Vouchers are sent by email only. We send them to the address the buyer gives, on the day they choose (around 10am if it's a later date).
  • Vouchers can't be swapped for cash. If you return something you bought with a voucher, we put the voucher part back on the voucher and refund any card part to your card.
  • Please keep your code safe: anyone who has it can spend it. If the email goes missing, contact us with the buyer's email address and we'll send it again.
  • Changed your mind? We'll refund a voucher that hasn't been used if you ask within 14 days of buying it.
