Affiliate terms

What you earn

• 20% of what the customer pays for products. Delivery and any small-order charge don't count.
• An order counts if it's placed within 30 days of the customer clicking your link, and they agreed to us remembering it. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the newer link counts.

When you're paid

• Each commission is confirmed 30 days after the order, once the time for cancelling or returning has passed. If an order is refunded, its commission is cancelled, or reduced for a part refund.
• We pay confirmed commission by bank transfer at the start of each month once you have at least £5. Smaller amounts carry over. You'll need a UK bank account.
• You're responsible for any tax on what you earn.

How to share

• Always make it clear it's an affiliate link, for example with "#ad" or "affiliate link" right next to it. This is the law in the UK (ASA and CMA rules).
• Don't say or suggest that our products treat, cure or prevent any illness, and don't make claims we don't make on our product pages.
• No spam, no fake reviews, no pretending to be Sensy Bliss, and no paid search ads using the name "Sensy Bliss".
• Only share honest opinions of products you'd genuinely recommend.

The small print

• We can pause or end your account if these terms are broken. Commission from orders that broke the terms isn't paid.
• We may change these terms. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change affects what you earn. Orders placed before a change keep the old terms.
• You can leave at any time by emailing us, and we'll pay any confirmed commission of £5 or more.

About affiliate links

When you arrive through one of our affiliates' links, we ask whether we can remember it. If you say yes, we save the affiliate's code and the date in your browser for 30 days, so they can be thanked if you order. It isn't shared with anyone or used for anything else, and the affiliate never sees your name, address or what you bought.

We also count each visit through an affiliate's link, so we and the affiliate can see how their posts are doing. For this we note the rough town your internet connection is in, the site you came from (e.g. Instagram) and the page you landed on. We don't save your IP address or anything in your browser for this, so it can't be traced back to you.
